Eugene is a character in Nomad of Nowhere. He is a child who lives in the small town of Bliss Hill. He and his two friends Barty and Dolores formed the Mill Preservation Society to restore the town's broken mill.

Appearance

Eugene is a young boy with brown hair and brown eyes who wears olive-colored pants with rolled-up legs and gray suspenders over a white button-up shirt with rolled-up sleeves. He has knee-length socks with shoes which are also olive-colored. He wears round-rimmed glasses.

Personality

Eugene is very intellectual, carrying with him a large encyclopedia to quickly search for information regarding different subjects. In spite of his somewhat nervous demeanor, he was not afraid to take action when the Nomad needed assistance against the Ranch Hand.
